内网离线使用 tool ‘*’ not found in registry

目前看内置的tool挺多的，但是离线使用还是会调用一些比如todo todoist之类的。就会报错tool ‘*’ not found in registry。

思路1：工具在线下载下 导入到内网的目录里

思路2：通过mcp服务器实现需要联网的工具使用

有更好的方法么。内网离线用自己部署的模型，体验很差。
